Birth can be unpredictable and this workshop is the perfect introduction to the birth process. You will leave the workshop with your own personalized birth plan based on your desires for how you envision the birth of your baby. Plus, you will receive other relevant materials, a custom tote bag full of goodies, and snack and childcare are provided. All members of your family* are welcome!

Your workshop leader, Amelia Mattocks, is a birth and postpartum doula serving the North Carolina Triad. She is also a Master Certified Health Education Specialist with many years of teaching experience. She has a background in child and maternal health, sexual health, food and nutrition education, and many other public health topics. Bring your questions, she is ready to answer them!
