A postpartum doula provides evidence-based information and support. Studies show with this kind of support individuals experience less postpartum mood disorders and have increased breastfeeding success.

  • One initial consultation after you have arrived home with your new baby.

  • Postnatal, Newborn, and Feeding education.

  • Emotional support and a listening ear.

  • Hands-on support including but not limited to: cooking, cleaning, newborn care, older sibling care, and partner support.

    $30/hour or sliding fee scale. Payment plans available.


Birth Doula

A birth doula provides evidence-based resources and support for the birthing person and their family to guide them during pregnancy, labor, and birth. This kind of support has been found to lessen the need for medical interventions during birth, and have an overall positive birth experience.

  • Two Prenatal consultations prior to delivery.

  • Availability via text, email, or phone.

  • Continuous unconditional labor and delivery support for birthing person and family for vaginal, cesarian, and surrogate births.

  • One postpartum follow-up visit.

  • Prenatal, birth, postnatal, newborn, and feeding education.

    $900 base rate. Sliding fee scale and payment plans available.
