BIRTH SERVICES
With my birth package, we will prepare for birth so you can:
walk into labor and birth with confidence
enjoy the birth process
feel in control during your birth
WHAT’S INCLUDED
two prenatal consultations prior to birth
available via text, email or phone for all your pregnancy and birth questions
prenatal, birth, postnatal, newborn, and feeding education
continuous unconditional labor and birth support for birthing person and family
one postpartum follow-up visit, which includes a home-cooked meal of your choice and a postpartum self-care gift bag
THE INVESTMENT: $1,500*

POSTPARTUM SERVICES
With my postpartum package, we will prepare for the 4th trimester so you can:
feel confident bringing home your newborn
know what to expect and how to handle common issues
experience unconditional emotional support during this vulnerable season in life
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
one initial consultation before or after you have arrived home with your newborn
one home-cooked meal of your choice per visit
a postpartum self-care gift bag
postnatal, newborn, and feeding education
emotional support and an objective listening ear
hands-on support, including, but not limited to: cooking, cleaning, newborn care, older sibling care, and family support
THE INVESTMENT: $60/HOUR*

VIRTUAL SERVICES
With the recent pandemic, I have expanded my offerings to include virtual services. Although I would love to be at your birth or home in person, I can still make a difference in your experience by providing valuable emotional and informational support.
You don't have to go through this alone, even in the midst of a pandemic.
I DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY AROUND HERE.
All of my service fees are negotiable
If your budget does not work with the fees listed, I will still work with you. I never want finances to be a reason you do not receive doula care. We can come up with a payment plan or fee scale that works for you and your family.
I provide FREE doula care for teen parents and I’m a volunteer doula with Cone Health for their patients who receive Medicaid.
My services can be specialized for any family who has been given a prenatal or postnatal genetic disability diagnosis, such as Down Syndrome.
